1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AutoHub360 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AutoHub360 provides a dealer management system (DMS) for car dealerships, including inventory management, CRM, advertising, analytics, and website hosting services.
3. Account Registration
To use AutoHub360, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false or misleading vehicle information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of the data you upload to AutoHub360. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our services.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
AutoHub360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
